The reason I have been quiet on here is because for the last few months I have been working on completing my first ever eBook! After week and weeks here it is finally, How To Eat Liver.

This eBook has truly been a project of love for me. It is 41 pages long and has 16 recipes and two tutorials in it. Plus ideas on how to create many more recipes that your family will love.
Over the last 5 years I have learned the importance of eating liver proper hormone and general health. But I really hate liver! Then I learned that liver capsules are a thing, because I am cheap, I learned how to make them myself.
Can I successfully hide liver from myself?
Once I started taking the liver capsules I wondered if I could hide liver in food from myself. My kids don’t have any issues with liver (in fact it is one of my proudest parent moments that my second loves pate) it is yours truly that doesn’t like it.
So, I started experimenting with sneaking liver into various items some were successful (those are included in the eBook) and some were terrible! I have poured myself into this book and I hope as you read it, it will help you along your health journey and inspire you in the kitchen.
But I don’t like liver
Neither did I. I still can’t say I do now in the sense that I would eat a chunk of liver. However, I do love to consume it for its many health benefits everyday. You can eat liver in a way that you don’t even taste it but you do notice the benefits over time.
