Cheese making doesn’t need to cost an arm and a leg

budget cheese making essentials

I have been really enjoying cheese making over the past 8 months. There is something almost magical about preserving milk into something that my family will enjoy for years to come. I have not had the best luck making soft cheeses but so far almost all of my aged cheeses have churned out!

I am hoping to get some of my favorite cheese making recipes up soon but none of them are original to me they are all adapted from other cheese recipes I found online.

One of my favorite things I have learned through this process is about clabber culture, it has been kind of life changing. Clabber is very similar to a sourdough starter and is made from just raw milk that has been aged for multiple generations. I am linking a free course down below and a video from MilkSlinger which explains it in depth.

I hope you find these tool helpful

These few simple tools are all you need to make it all work. Watch the video down below for all of the details.
